1.2 Shopping & Orders

Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Pricing & Payments: Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We accept major credit/debit cards and online payment methods.
Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute a binding contract until payment is processed and the order is dispatched.
Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel an order within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in original packaging (in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Custom or personalised items are non-refundable.

1.3 Service Booking (Workshops & Certification Courses)

Booking & Payment: Workshop places are secured upon deposit payment. Certification courses may require additional eligibility checks.
Cancellations & Refunds:
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop with prior notice, offering a full refund or alternative date.
Health & Safety: Participants must follow all safety instructions. We are not liable for injuries caused by failure to adhere to guidelines.

1.4 Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect losses, including loss of income, data, or business opportunities. Our liability is limited to the cost of the purchased product or service.

1.5 Privacy & Data Protection
