We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return it. Please read the below and you should be aware that shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless we send you the wrong item.

 

Eligibility for Refunds & Returns:

• Candles & Retail Items: Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging.

• Workshops & Certification Courses: Refunds available if cancelled at least 14 days before the session.​

Non-Refundable Items:

​

• Personalised or custom-made candles unless defective.

• Workshops missed by attendees are non-refundable but may be rescheduled (subject to availability within a period of time and only one more appointment allowed).

• Digital Products (if applicable): Non-refundable after download/access.

Return Process:

• Send the item back within 7 days of approval, or we may contact you to arrange the process of disposal approval.

• Refunds processed within 7 business days upon receipt.
